• Q.Where can I collect the Tickets for the Movie for which i have made a Booking?

A.Tickets can be collected at the collection points we announce for each movie or at the theatre.

• Q.Do we need to purchase tickets for the kids?

A.Free for kids below 5 years of age [No Seat available]. If there are un-allocated seats then you can use it for Kids below 5 years. Tickets are required for Kids aged from 5 to 15.

• Q.Will the film be subtitled?

A.All Indian language films will be subtitled in English. Exceptions may apply. Information about subtitles will be published on the website continuously on each film.

• Q.What kind of personal information is collected when I create my membership or Book tickets?

A.Just the basics informations like Name, email address, phone number. You don't need to provide a credit card to sign up for spacebox, although credit card may be required to purchase tickets.

• Q.I want to bring a large group to the theater. Do you offer special discounts?

A.Groups of 30 or more can receive a significant discount. Please contact spacebox team directly for more information.

• Q.How the seat numbers are allocated for us?

A.Seat numbers are only allocated based on the order of payment received.
